Carrier Onboarding

The carrier will receive an onboarding Email from no-reply@loop.com. The Subject line reads, “Get paid by your company's name: Set up your company with Loop."
The link is a secure tokenized link and will only work if accessed through the original email address it was sent to. The link will expire in 30 days.
The first page asks for business information while the second page will prompt you to add bank account information. If your information changes, reach out to your representative and a new onboarding email will be sent.

Once the carrier onboarding process is completed with Loop, you will receive confirmation that onboarding was completed successfully and your remittance email will be shown.
