Loop Reports give you the ability to design and save custom visualizations of your data, favorite your most used reports for easy access, and schedule exports to your email on a regular cadence.

The reports tab is accessible via the left-hand panel in Loop, located directly underneath the Insights tab. You can also access it by visiting app.loop.com/reports directly. The home page contains your created reports as well as a few of Loop's Built In Reports that you can utilize and modify to meet your needs.

Additional Built In Reports are available in a dedicated tab, and if you star any Built In or custom reports, they will appear in the ★ Starred tab.

Creating a report can be done by modifying a Built In Report or by starting from scratch. Each report is based on an underlying dataset, each of which is visible when you select New Report along with a description of the data present and a preview of the individual rows.

Once you choose a report, you can manually configure your table by adding fields as a value, group by, breakdown, or filter. Alternatively, the Report AI feature can answer questions about the dataset or generate charts with a simple prompt.

Values refer to the field you want to measure. Using the + button, you can choose to aggregate one of the fields in the dataset or use our custom aggregations.

Adding fields to group by will create rows in your table, while adding them as breakdowns will create columns.

Changing the visualization type will convert your current chart while keeping any compatible fields and alert you if any fields need refinement.

To include multiple visualizations, you can name, add, and duplicate views from the tab bar. Once you are satisfied with your report, you can save it for future access, export as a .CSV or Excel file, or schedule an export to your email weekly, daily, or hourly. If you choose to schedule an export, you can have it delivered with a custom email subject and body to any number of email addresses.
