The carrier will receive an onboarding Email from [email protected]. The Subject line will read “Invitation From Emerge: Register with Loop to get paid”
The link is a secure tokenized link and will only work if accessed through the original email address it was sent to. The link will expire in 30 days.

The first page asks for business information while the second page will prompt you to add bank account information. If your information changes, reach out to your representative and a new onboarding email will be sent.
