Factor Management
To view factor relationships navigate to Network Tab → Organization Table. Under the column “Assigned factor" or the filter “Has assigned factor” users can view all carriers with a factoring relationship. By clicking on the carrier's hyperlink and selecting “Billing and payments,” users can view more details including the factor’s bank account information.
Assign Factor
Navigate to Network -->Organization --> Factoring --> Manage --> Assing factor.
Select an existing factor within your Network from the "Factoring Company" drop-down list. If a new factor relationship is needed select "Create new....” the first drop-down option to create a new factor relationship.
By selecting "create new..." a right-side panel will appear to fill out the new factor's Business Information, Other Identities, and Payment settings
Business Information: legal name and address
Other Identities: Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), MC Number, Website URL, and DOT Number.
Payment Settings
Invite to onboard - add factor's address to send an email invitation (link)
Manually enter bank information

Payments will fail until the factor's information is complete
If "Manually enter bank information" is selected, it will prompt the user to add the factor's remittance email, routing number, and account number. Click "Submit" to save.
Once the new factor is created, it will not appear in the "Factor Company" drop-down list to select. When selecting a factoring company, users must provide the proper assignment verification. Upload the Notice of Assignment (NOA) in the attachment field. Select an effective date for the future or now.
Release Factor
Navigate to Network --> Organization --> Factoring --> Manage --> Release Factor.
On the "Factoring" page, you can see the factoring relationship. Click the small "History" button on the right to see all the past factor relationships and updates. The assignment verification will show the documents associated with the assigning process. Click the "Update" button to add or edit the documents as needed.
Once you click “release factor.” A pop up will appear to add LOR (letter of release). Next, you must either assign a new factor and repeat the above "assigning" factor steps or use carrier default (set the payment terms and anchor date). Finally, select the effective date with the calendar or select the “now” button.
