Email Invitation

You can invite your organizations to join Loop and receive payments by an sending email invitation. The email invitation has a secure link that allows them to enter their bank details.

Email Example:

Account Status

Navigate to Network --> Organizations to view if the organization has successfully added bank account information. You can view the status by the column or filter to account status:

  • MISSING DATA - the organization is missing any information required to execute payments with the client's default payment service provider. This includes a bank account, legal name, remittance email, and a physical primary or remittance address

  • ONBOARDED - the organization is ready for payment execution on Loop!

  • INVITE SENT - the organization has been sent a payments onboarding email and the link token in the email has not expired

  • INVITE ERROR -attempted to send an onboarding invitation email, but the email failed because of an issue with the recipient's email

  • OFFLINE - the organization's payment method is offline. They're not receiving payments through Loop

  • ACTIVE - the organization has been paid successfully using the bank account on file

  • ERROR - the organization's bank account failed verification or the most recent payment failure indicating an issue with the bank account information

Bank Account Invite

To send the bank account invite navigate to Billing and payments --> manage --> send bank account invite.

A pop-up will appear to select the primary contact email or to enter a different email. A secure link will be emailed to your organization providing them the ability to add their bank account information.

If the organization invitation has expired a red warning banner on the Billing & payments page will appear to "send again" or "Use a different email address."
