The Report Issue button simplifies how your team reports problems and requests assistance directly from Loop, making support more efficient!


How to Submit an Issue

From the Artifacts Tab:

  • Click on the artifact's hyperlink to view the overview

  • Click the three-dot menu in the top right corner and select "Report issue"

From the Shipment Tab:

  • Click on a shipment's hyperlink to view the shipment details

  • In the Supporting Artifacts section, click the three-dot menu on the right and choose "Report issue"

Universal Access:

  • A bug icon button is available on the lower right-hand corner of every page for easy reporting


Reporting a Problem

Once you click the button, a pop-up will appear for you to describe the issue. Click "Send report" to submit.

  • Be as detailed as possible to help our support team assist you quickly

  • Include any relevant reference numbers, if applicable

  • Note: The information from your browser tab when creating the issue will automatically be included in your report

After submitting, you will receive a confirmation that your report was successfully sent. Our support team will follow up via email.


Status Tracker

You will also receive an email with a status tracker alongside the response from Loop’s support team.
