The Report Issue button simplifies how your team reports problems and requests assistance directly from Loop, making support more efficient!
How to Submit an Issue
From the Artifacts Tab:
Click on the artifact's hyperlink to view the overview
Click the three-dot menu in the top right corner and select "Report issue"
From the Shipment Tab:
Click on a shipment's hyperlink to view the shipment details
In the Supporting Artifacts section, click the three-dot menu on the right and choose "Report issue"
Universal Access:
A bug icon button is available on the lower right-hand corner of every page for easy reporting
Reporting a Problem
Once you click the button, a pop-up will appear for you to describe the issue. Click "Send report" to submit.
Be as detailed as possible to help our support team assist you quickly
Include any relevant reference numbers, if applicable
Note: The information from your browser tab when creating the issue will automatically be included in your report
After submitting, you will receive a confirmation that your report was successfully sent. Our support team will follow up via email.
Status Tracker
You will also receive an email with a status tracker alongside the response from Loop’s support team.
