The analytics tab houses all important data for your organization, particularly concerning your partnership with Loop. This page is used to see an overview of your metrics since onboarding onto the Loop platform and is personalized to your organization’s needs. All analytics can be downloaded for your use outside of Loop. We recommend these 5 main topics:

Carrier Scorecard

Gives a high-level overview of each carrier’s metrics compared to one another. This page provides a simple way to view which carriers are performing best in terms of accuracy, quantity of shipments, and over/undercharging.

Operations

Summarizes the efficiency that Loop has provided for the organization, shown by the graphs. These can be personalized to your company’s needs, however, this page mostly focuses on audit efficiency and the trends over time.

Network

Shows Spend Leakage, Lanes, Carrier Cost reduction, and LTL Consolidation

Finance

Provides a summary of the allocation of costs from invoices over time. This tool is beneficial for organizations that utilize GL codes, the finance section provides views of how cost is allocated to each GL code.

Accessorial Analysis

A rundown of each accessorial found in the organization's audits, and how often/ how much is spent on each throughout a given time. Accessorial analysis can help provide thoughtful insights into carrier contract negotiation power.
