SIQC Replatformed Accounts: Start Here
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Your organization's invoice review + approval is now completed in Loop. GL code assignment and exception approvals, which were previously handled through files and reports, now take place in two views in Loop.
The GL coding Excel file is no longer sent. GL codes are now entered directly in Loop. Files may be sent in the interim through intelligence as your team ramps up.
Accessing Loop
Sign in to Loop with the credentials provided to your team. To request access for additional users please refer to this article: Users Management.
Finding your views
Select Views in the left-hand panel.
Locate the two views named for your organization, they may be separated by payor (listed below).
Optional: select the thumbtack icon next to a view to pin it to your homepage.
GL code assignment
View: [Your company] GL Coding / Next Week Review
This view lists payables that need a GL code or cost allocation assignment. Enter the GL code when it is available, or leave the item in the view for the following week's review.
Cost allocation is completed by charge line item. Each charge on an invoice, such as linehaul, fuel, or an accessorial, can be assigned its own GL code or cost center, and a single charge can be split across multiple codes.
For instructions, see SIQC Cost Allocation Updates in Loop.
If your organization has multiple payors and different teams responsible for actioning them, we can create a separate view for each payor. For example: [ACME US] and [ACME EUROPE], with each view showing the invoices assigned to that payor.
Exception approvals
View: [Your company] Invoices Requiring Action
This view is the main worklist for payables that still need review. Each invoice can be approved, placed on hold, or rejected. Items that need follow-up are carried into the following week's review.
For instructions, see SIQC Exception Review and Approval Decisions in Loop.
This view highlights billing discrepancies and potential overcharges as well as any enabled policies. Users can create additional views to organize exceptions by type, payor, or owner. Views are fully customizable to support each team’s workflow.
Why these views matter
Invoices with open 'auto-approval' blocking exceptions or placed on hold cannot be approved or paid. Reviewing both views regularly keeps payments to your carriers on schedule.
Recommended Cadence
Up to you! Invoices will appear in the view as soon as an exception is identified and the invoice has completed its audit. This allows your team to work in real time. Instead of updating a large volume of invoices once a week, you can review and update them continuously as they appear.
