Organizations
The Organization table showcases all your organizations (carrier, factor, customer, or other) within your network. You can use the "column" button to display more information on the main table such as name, type, primary contact email, payment method, and account status (if enrolled in Payments). Use the "Filters" button to find more granular information.
Tip: filter by "Type" to view specific organizations
The "Account status" column indicates if the organization has set up bank account information with Loop. The "Assigned factor" column indicates if a carrier has a factor relationship. The QuickPay column displays organizations that are enrolled in Loop's QuickPay program.
Carrier, Factor, or Other
By clicking on these organization types, you can view the “Business info," “Payment Settings” and "Activity."

The “Billing and payments,” provides the organization's payment method, factoring relationship, and Bank account (if enrolled in Payments). The "manage" button offers the ability to:
The "Factoring" tab allows assigning or releasing factor relationships.
Click the "View factor assignment history" button to see all past relationships
By clicking the "Activity" button, a right-hand panel will appear. The panel shows the user's name, timestamp, and action taken.
Customer
By clicking on the customer organization type hyperlink you can view the “Business info," “Payment Settings” and "Activity."

The "Invoicing profile" provides the customer's requirements: Payment terms, Invoice finalization settings, attachment format, required artifacts, Loop email delivery, and email template preview (if applicable). Select the "Manage" button to:
