Loop Intelligence includes AI-powered features to help you explore data faster and get answers without building a report from scratch.

Ask a Question

Type a question in plain English and get an answer based on the data on the current page — no formulas, no exports, no SQL required.

To use it: Find the chat panel on the right side of the page and type your question.

Example questions:

• "What is my total spend and shipment volume by mode?"

• "Which carriers are driving the most spend?"

• "Show me my top 10 lanes by spend."

• "How has my spend trended week-over-week?"

• "What's my cost per shipment by carrier?"

You can also switch the AI personality using the dropdown at the top of the chat panel — options range from a quick summary style to a deeper analytical mode.

Note: The AI assistant is scoped to the data on the current page and your active filters. For best results, be specific and include time ranges, carriers, or modes in your question.

AI-Assisted Formulas (Explore Access)

When building custom calculations, use the magic wand icon in the formula bar to describe what you want in plain English. Intelligence will generate the formula for you. See the Custom Calculations article for full details.
