Custom Views and Saved Views
Last updated: April 10, 2026
Custom Views let you save a specific filter and layout configuration so you don't have to set it up every time you open a report.
Creating a Custom View
Set your filters, columns, and layout the way you want
Go to File → Custom Views → Save View
Give it a name and save
Accessing Your Saved Views
Navigate to File → Custom Views → All Views
You can set any saved view as your default — it loads automatically every time you open that report
Sharing Views
Custom views are user-specific by default. If you'd like to set up shared views for your team, check with your Loop admin.
What You Can Save in a View
Active Report Controls (dates, carriers, modes)
Column visibility and order in tables
Custom calculations you've added
OTP goal thresholds
Page layout changes (Explore access only)
Resetting to Default
Go back to the published version of the report to undo all filters and customizations. This is a full reset — all changes are removed.
